Pre-shipment inspection (PSI)
Best for finished goods, before packing and export—our most requested service.
When to use: Production is 100% complete and goods are (or are about to be) packed, before cargo leaves the factory or warehouse.
Typical scope: Workmanship, basic function, quantity vs PO, pack size and assortment, barcodes/labels, packaging and export cartons, random sampling to an agreed AQL (e.g. ANSI/ASQ Z1.4).
Deliverable: Defects classified (critical/major/minor), photos, and electronic report—typically within 24 hours of the on-site visit.
Not a substitute for product certification or full laboratory testing; we can point you to partners where needed.
During production inspection (DPI)
Catch defects while the line is running—before the whole order is finished.
When to use: First bulk production, repeat orders with changes, or high-value runs where you need visibility mid-way.
Typical scope: In-process quality, line condition, WIP units vs schedule, and early signal on repeat defects.

Initial production inspection (IPC)
First articles off the line—verify the factory is building to your spec before they scale up.
When to use: New SKUs, new suppliers, or after tooling/material changes at production start.

Container loading supervision (CLS)
Witness loading: quantities, marks, and container condition before the seal.
When to use: FCL/LCL shipments where wrong SKU mix or short loading would be expensive to fix at destination.

Full inspection (100% check)
Piece-by-piece when your commercial risk requires it—not the same as standard AQL sampling.
When to use: High-value or sensitive orders, or when a prior PSI found systemic issues. Scope and man-days are quoted on case-by-case basis.
